The Dr actually called me on the phone, instead of the zoom call. I could not get the zoom call to work correctly, so she called me on the phone. She was wonderful. I had scheduled 2 other appts that day, expecting a phone call, not a zoom call. Both of those were a “no show” because I did not know it was a zoom call. Those two did not even attempt to call me on my phone.

Don't think twice about this company. They are easy to work with, fast communication, great online support options and usa pharmacy. I have been using them for 6 months, down 27 lbs. I couldn't be happier that Im doing this with the help from Friday's.

Fridays has all the things in one place. You need step by step help. They have it. You dont need the help, thats ok too. One flat rate regardless of dose. Delivery arrives on time. Every month. I have been using for over a year now. Best thing I ever did for myself. You can use your insurance if you qualify. The customer service is exceptional.

I chose Fridays after reviewing what felt like many options that are out there now. While still hesitant I decided to just go for it. I only wanted to lose about 20 lbs. I first chose and paid for the micro dose and the 6 month plan. After getting the call from the provider, a few hours later, I decided to change to the trizeptide. The shipping vendor left my package on my neighbor's porch, who was out of town, and had someone getting her mail and packages. This made my first shipment delayed and unusable. Customer service helped by getting the pharmacy to send me a new package with tracking information. I haven't had any issues since. I request my refill every 3 weeks on the app and get it in about 2 days. I'm 5 months in and am at my goal weight, so I'm thinking about the maintenance doses and supplements. I am also interested in their mail order food delivery.

Better pricing than others. Though getting my dose increased via their regular reordering form has been a hassle. They want me to setup another meeting with their healthcare team.

I really like it and it has changed my life; however , I’ve seen few results, and the price ended up being a bit over my budget.
