I’ve been with 4 telehealths before this, this is the one that does it right. With tons of telehealth companies popping up trying for a money grab with weight loss meds, this one actually cares about quality treatment. Customer service is fantastic and responsive. They understand what they’re treating and don’t use shame as a way to motivate people. Highly recommend!

Join Fridays is a godsend! I was struggling with getting my medications at pharmacy and Prior Authorization through my primary care Dr. Join Fridays took care of everything for me without me feeling the stress of asking for help. This is what they do ( obesity management) so I don’t feel bad or ashamed at all throughout my whole experience. No more calling around to multiple pharmacies to see if certain doses are in stock the meds are delivered to my door with carefully packed insulated icepack in 2 days!!! I love them and the Dr. that was assigned to me Dr. Sun is lovely! I will forever be grateful for Join Fridays being a small business owner and mother of 2 is a lot of stress and this is one less thing that i have to worry about ! Don’t hesitate to Join Fridays !

Customer Service is very responsive to emails. I switched to Join Fridays when I could no longer get my glp-1 prescriptions filled through a pharmacy. It is taking a few days to get compounded refills approved due to the increasing issue with refills on name brand prescriptions (shortages). Very good information sent to customers when a refill is placed-dosage, how to draw up syringe and give yourself a shot. Shipping from the compounding pharmacy is quick and packed so well!! Vial is super cold when received. I am very pleased with Join Fridays!!

The very dedicated and knowledgeable staff have made every step of my new journey seamless! I can ask questions and receive responses almost immediately – the customer support is exceptional and the providers are experts that actually care about my 360 Wellness (mind, body and nutrition). I am so very grateful to have found JF and I am excited to explore additional improvements to the patient portal in the future. It was an easy process!

Emails went back and forth for almost two weeks about labs being needed, not needed, etc. Every email I got was from someone different with different info. Then I got billed for lab order that I didnt have done. So now waiting on that refund. Then I was told my payment hadnt cleared even though it showed that it was taken from my bank account 6 days previously. Then when I talked to someone on the phone they barely spoke English and were of zero help to me. I finally got an email yesterday that my script is in the mail but it was a pain in the butt. If it ends up being like this every month I will not be staying with Join Fridays.
