The process is easy to navigate to get started. The physicians I have worked with are friendly, and listen. The issues I have had are the follow are with connectivity during a video conference, it would be easier to just be able to do a telephone visit rather than video. I have worked with one other company where you were assigned 1 provider and you had the ability to communicate via messaging. That is an option I wish Join Fridays had. To do a follow up visit, you reach out to customer support to get option of dates/times instead of the scheduling section like when you first join, and at first that was a bit confusing. The access to life changing coaching and stuff is nice to have access to, yet I have not used it to give a full review. I just like how it is available.
