Easy to get started, wonderful supports

I’ve only just started the program in March but so far everyone that I spoke with has been super helpful and supportive. The Telehealth visit was very informative and thorough and I was very pleased with how it went. I received my medication as promised and I am looking forward to continuing my weight loss journey with Fridays support and guidance.

Join Fridays is a great telehealth company who puts you first. Everything is easy to access and they are easily available if needed. My medication is shipped fast and with care. This program has changed my life for the better.

Made it very easy to meet with Dr via zoom for initial consultation. Able to go over concerns and get started with regimen.

I was able to get an appointment really fast and medicine very fast. Everyone has been very helpful, friendly, and again FAST. I am on prescription medicine that is often out of stock, so will be using this in between those times. I would like to see the membership fee go away and just be build into the med cost.

I was skeptical at first. It's always scary signing up for a program online. But from the prompt response and initial teledoc visit,to the fast delivery of my meds, I couldn't be more impressed. The rates are fantastic, the compounded semaglutide has worked like I hoped,and the constant emails and feedback from my team have been helpful. I am glad I took a chance from a company I hadn't heard much about.

If it were not for the confusion of automatically signing me up for zepbound when my provider and I had already had a plan of action in place to start compound Then you would have gotten 5 rather than 4 stars. Your customer service was top notch in correcting and confirming correct course once the error was reported. Thank you for quick corrective actions.
