The first time I had a consult with…
The first time I had a consult with Join Fridays there was an issue. But a few days later it was rectified and then some. Since then they have been very helpful and what’s really great is you feel like they’re on your journey with you. So they want you to succeed. Everyone has been so friendly and helpful and you don’t feel like you’re being judged. I would definitely refer them to anyone who plans on doing the Gl-P1 medication

Fridays Health
I joined Fridays in May 2024, the experience has been nothing but exceptional! The customer service is on point, the portal is user friendly and the advocates are so helpful. The founders have also been live on occasion and their genuine care for their customers is evident through their communication. The prices are comparable to the other Telehealth providers and the services that come with the membership are a bonus.

Great program for weight loss medication
I've been with Fridays for 6 months and couldn't be happier. Once your bloodwork and all is in, it's easy to get started. I think they have grown a lot over these months and at first I had some issues with finding the emails they were sending me and figuring out where to pay in advance for the medication, but I've got that down now. I feel that they are thorough and responsive.

Nothing but a positive experience.
Nothing but a positive experience. Drs are great (brief but great) But what really shines is all the online coaching sessions. Really helps

The personalized care from Fridays…
The personalized care from Fridays Health is really exceptional. I am able to get answers about dosage levels, questions about how best to maneuver through the site and learn what resources are available to enhance my weight loss journey.

Great service
Customer service has been great, answering questions quickly. Price is comparable to other companies but more services are offered. I did have some issues connecting with my provider but customer service was able to assist right away.

Join Fridays has been a lifesaver
Join Fridays has been a lifesaver. The process is quick and easy. The meds are shipped as promised. They offer Zoom session for nutrition and support. For me, given my Medicare insurance does not cover weight loss medications, having the option to get compounded Terzepitide has saved me $800+ per month.
