Why did they approve my medicine if info was missing? Seems they should have caught this at the beginning.I was told that my file was missing my…
I was told that my file was missing my A1C and everything would be on hold until I submitted that info. I had the lab results in my email already, but the screen shot I provided needed to have my birthdate on it. Long story short - I am still waiting for my drugs to arrive and has been 2.5 weeks. I am concerned about reacclimating to the drug. Cumbersome procedure.

The Best Customer Service
I do not know where to start. First of all Fridays Health is the best online weightloss program out there. The best prices, support to help you on your journey mind, body and soul. I just had a wonderful experience with customer service I had an app issue with my card. JM was so patient, supportive, he helped me troubleshoot with constant communication. I woke up to a message from JM stating problem had been fixed, and he change my subscription for me so all I had to do was order my meds. Talk about great service. I LOVE FRIDAYS!!!!

Johnathan ROCKS!!!!
I experienced a couple of issues with my prescription and payment and worked with Johnathan to get them resolved. His quick responses, professionalism, follow thru and overall customer service was impeccable. He's a keeper!!

Easy, less expensive and great customer service
The ease of Join Fridays compared to dealing with doctors and pharmacies has been amazing. And the cost was much less. I love receiving my compound through the mail and not standing in line at pharmacy. And the company keeps improving the web site and prices and convenience of refilling prescriptions. Very pleased. My daughter-in-law and I both use Join Fridays.

Fridays always listens to me or to what any needs I need if I don’t understand! This is one of the best things I have done is Join Fridays!
