I have been with Fridays since March 2024 and I recommend them to everyone I know looking to start their GLP1 journey. After trying a traditional doctor and another online company, with no success, I found Fridays and haven't looked back! They helped me determine if my insurance would cover (which it wouldn't) and then made me feel confident that I was getting medication that I could trust. Not everything has been 100% perfect, but I wouldn't expect it to be. What is important, is that the couple of times I have had a problem, they have been right there to help me and come up with a solution. I am down 90 pounds and hope to continue to meet my goal!

My experience with Fridays as been nothing but excellent. I am able to get my appointments and medication in a timely matter. When I have a question or need advice I have been able to get the help I need the same day. I have been with them for 9 months now and I have lost 55 pounds and am just 15 pounds away from my goal weight!!!

I initially chose Fridays Health because my semaglutide was no longer covered by my health insurance. I continue to stay with Fridays because I am able to quickly conference with a health provider to discuss my needs, and most importantly, the customer service has been nothing short of outstanding! I have struggled with my weight throughout my twenties, consistently gaining about 10 pounds per year. I have been with Fridays since Dec 2023 and I love them so much! The customer support is always on top of everything and replying super quick. After my appointment each month my invoice shows up within a few hours after I pay my medication shows up usually the next day it can take up to 5 but I've never had to wait that long!
