Quick response and medication arrival.

Honestly, no complaints so far. I gave previous order for my meds and wanted to air on precaution because it has been an over 3 weeks since last injection, they wanted to start me on a lower dose again. Not ideal, but I’m glad they explained it to me on why it was important to start lower and then we can move up. They were pretty fast and responsive and medications came to me within a week. Probably the best website I’ve come across that didn’t take longer than a week and consistently asked me for my insurance when I specifically didn’t want to use it as I have gotten denied already.

What I’m most pleased with is how RESPONSIVE everyone at Fridays is! It can be scary to think about online healthcare…how does it work? Who can I ask? These folks are super communicative and I’m never waiting for someone to get back to me no matter the question. The Drs, tech folks…everyone is working to keep me informed 🙂

Fridays has been the best decision I have made in years. They are extremely helpful when questions come up. Their customer service and doctors are always very helpful and professional. If i need to consult with a doctor i am usually able to get in a day or two.

The sign up process was a simple experience. Was able to schedule my consultation for the next day. I loved that I was able to use my insurance in my chosen plan. This is the reason why I moved from a previous tele-heath to this one. Highly recommend everyone to Fridays

I enjoy the flexibility of virtual meetings with my provider and the quick responses of the customer support team. They are amazing at working with the insurance companies to obtain prior authorization. The only thing I would change is the experience in working with the providers. I can tell they are rushed to get to their next appointment but that’s typical in health care and wouldn’t stop me from using their services. Prescriptions are sent immediately after my visits. I trust their pharmacy when I used compounded product and they were great at answering questions too!
