I have been researching companies to embark on my GLP1 journey. Fridays hit the mark with professionalism, customer service, knowledge and simplicity. I look forward to getting to the "healthy me" with Fridays.

I still have not received my medication. I ordered almost three weeks ago, and I keep getting messages about it being sent out for delivery in 3 to 4 business days, but I have yet to receive an email stating it has been shipped. It is frustrating because I paid good money for this experience, and I have not even been able to start the process because I do not have the medication. Very disappointed and highly considering going with another company at this point and requesting a refund.

Fridays customer service has been incredible. They are quick to respond and polite. They seem to genuinely care. They offer multiple services for such an inexpensive price. When my insurance denied my Zepbound coverage, they worked hard to do prior authorizations for all GLP-1 options. They did this quickly and kept in contact with me through the whole process. JoinFridays.com has been a game changer. Their ease of use and the ability to remotely speak with your own health professional or simply reorder your medication is fantastic. With my limited time, I am grateful for this service. The cost of medications is very competitive to alternatives in the market. Their customer service is very good. I have sent in request for customer service on multiple occasions and they have always called me back or emailed me while resolving the issue. I highly recommend them.

Y’all, ordering my compound GLP 1 through JOIN FRIDAY’S has never been more simple or speedy than it is right now! I literally had an appt with their provider on Thursday at 1:30 PM and received my meds on Friday before Noon. SERIOUSLY! It didn’t even take 24 hrs. That’s not just crazy, but crazy awesome!!!

Signing up was fast and easy. Unfortunately my medication came hot and I couldn't use it, the process of communication to get this sorted out between the assigned pharmacy (in PA for a delivery in CA) and Fridays took a week. Fridays attention was very good but the process and miscommunication when something like this happens can't be that long, I don't believe this is the first time this happens and if you are on medication time is sensitive.
