Fridays is so easy to use. It is so nice to know I have them to reach out to if I have questions about medications or nutrition and that they always respond quickly. I would definitely recommend their platform and services!

Fridays Telehealth is hands down the most affordable and unmatched when it comes to their customer support! I cannot recommend them enough!

Super fast and easy sign up! I’ve been doing research after research and finally I felt comfortable with choosing join Fridays. I would recommend to submit your own full panel of blood work to speedy up the process, plus thyroid and creatinine test as well with your own labs! Thankfully I had done a full panel during my insurance open enrollment and I got to skip the whole lab waiting portion of it all. Like foreal WOW I can’t wait to start! ****** 2 week follow up review! I have already lost 8lbs since started on 2/9/25! I’m literally so happy I made the choice finally and using my GLP1 as the tool to help me get where I want to be. I’ve already gotten compliments on my recent weight loss. So happy can’t wait for 3 month check in!

I’ve had a great experience so far with Fridays. The only thing that I would say they could improve on is getting back to people more quickly. Or having a contact phone number to reach out. Email takes a while and sometimes you can’t really wait days for a response. Other than that any issues I’ve had like billing (my card info was stolen twice which messed up my membership) they’ve helped out with and I had no issues. I’m also not a fan of the rate in which they swap you with pharmacies. I don’t like the medications coming in different packed or coming mixed with other things like b-12 or sometimes it’s not. Sometimes you’re doses change and depending on who they send it through pharmacy wise, you’ll go up in dosage but the units go down and makes it very confusing. The visits have been great. I’ve had the same provider who’s also been amazing. No issues with changing doses or push back. She explained the process and how things will go very well and thorough. The cost is not bad compared to others. I do wish it was a little lower but maybe eventually it will. Overall other than the medications through multiples different pharmacies, I’m happy with Fridays!

Very fast processing. They even called me on a Sunday. I will see if my medication works once I receive it in two days.

Everyone I have ever spoken to, has been professional, polite, accommodating, and treat you like a real person. I've learned so much since going Friday's and happy I chose them instead of some other telehealth company. I want to say "Thanks for all you do for others. It certainly has made a difference in my life and future."
