I consistently have a positive experience when ordering and requesting to speak with a provider. The online process is smooth and user-friendly, making it easy to navigate. However, I would appreciate having more personalized options during appointments. It would be helpful if providers took a deeper dive into understanding why certain medications may not be effective or why treatment seems to plateau. At times, I feel that providers are limited in addressing these concerns, which can leave me feeling like my concerns aren’t fully heard or addressed. I would love to see more flexibility and thoroughness in treatment plans to ensure a more tailored approach to care.
