Took a chance and BEST decision of my life!
I have been a patient of Fridays Health Since January 2024. I have lost 65 pounds. When I picked Fridays, it was honestly just a "crapshoot" of picking them versus a dozen other companies I could have gone with. Well, I have never been more pleased...pleased with the doctors and nurse practitioners, the customer service persons that I can email, call or chat online with (and their responses are FAST), and the turnaround time from ordering my medication to it arriving on my doorstep. Literally 2-3 days from when I have the appointment to order more and it is here at my house in a coldpak. I have nothing but praise for this company and all the doctors, APRN's, staff, dieticians, and every single person associated with this company.

Honestly they made everything so easy…
Honestly they made everything so easy and were always available if I had any questions. I felt safe with their protocols for labs and ease of use while navigating the website.

Good So Far
So far, so good. No real complaints other than I wish shipping was a bit faster, but overall things are good.

Denied Service Unfairly
I was denied service because of an eating disorder I had years ago and have since completely controlled. There was no room for discussion about it--no doctor's note that could be obtained, no further explanation that could be given. This makes you really want to answer the questions honestly...NOT!!!!!

Super nice and punctual
They are punctual and super nice when you need to talk to them! I have gotten my medicine on time and I am loving it!!

Friday’s has been great and so easy
Friday’s has been great and so easy! You get your first appt right away and then the meds come fast. Refills are very easy too!
