I had a previous review, they were good. Until now. 1 year later. I have been on the highest dose for 5 months , 11 mg. Which is lame no higher. So I was already fed up I payed for 1 month they took my money I did the monthly assessment a provider approved my meds . I waited for 7 days , so called and messaged them to see what the hold up. Basically after a ridiculous long a$$$ phone call both the rep , I payed an amount that was due in the past. Basically they over gave me meds. And I paid for it. Not knowing it was going to that . They were saying we need another 359 to get your meds asap. So I was very frustrated I canceled whatever was on the app. I locked my card. And yes I'm not getting that $ back. I understand if you guys over gave and needed payment but I was unaware of the situation, I didn't realize any of this until I made the phone call. 7 days after I made a payment. Waiting for meds but actually waiting for nothing . So I canceled it all. I changed telehealth companies. I just wish they would have reached out to me sooner or when the matter came about . Which I was unaware of. Now I'm changed to elliemd. Which I already used for other peps. So I was in the loop how they work. I do not recommend fridays maybe for 3 months give it a try but go with another company. - a girl that is out meds and -$259 ....... Oct 9 2026

fridays is a great tele health. All qs are answered in a timely manner customer service is great. Representatives make sure that customers are well taken care of. Meds are received punctually
