Signing up with Fridays was very easy. I was able to start my first month, but couldn't continue without the bloodwork Fridays asked for. I liked that because it shows they don't just ship out meds to make money. In fact, I misread how the month to month would be charged. I emailed customer service confused. They explained how the month to month is charged, refunded me what I misunderstood, and let me continue moving forward now that they cleared everything up. They didn't even try to insinuate it was my fault. Great customer service!! Im on my 4th month and I've lost 15lbs. The support groups have been helpful when I plateaued for a couple weeks, and the nutrition information you get is really nice. Everything you need to succeed is right here. I was skeptical to start, but so glad I did!

I have lost the weight I have struggled to lose my entire adult life. I am so happy with the results and have told many about my experience. My only concern was at one point I was sent semiglutide when I had ordered tricipitide and it was not corrected. And I was not told until I went to refill for the next time.
