Terrible Customer Service, do not pay upfront!
I paid upfront for a six-month semaglutide program with Fridays and only received five months of medication. When I contacted customer service about receiving my final month, I was told my prescription was inactive and that they would not provide another refill. What made this experience even worse was the absolutely terrible customer service. During one conversation, I was passed between approximately five different representatives. I would be in the middle of discussing my concerns with one person, only to suddenly have someone else take over. This is incredibly unprofessional, especially for a company providing medical services. Rather than having someone genuinely address my concerns, I repeatedly received the same policy explanations with no effort to find a reasonable resolution. I paid for six months of treatment and expected to receive six months of medication. Instead, I received five shipments and was essentially told there was nothing they could do. The lack of flexibility, accountability, and customer care is extremely disappointing. I would strongly caution anyone considering Fridays against paying for a program upfront. Based on my experience, once they have your money, getting meaningful assistance is incredibly difficult. I will not be using Fridays again and would not recommend them to anyone.
