They were good for a few months until my wife and I were waiting for our second shipment of our second time ordering and it has been 3 weeks late for my wife and almost two weeks late for me. Everytime I reach out they say they are working on it and “I will get a email with tracking” once it is sent out. Still nothing. And being on a higher dose like this sucks because we will have to start over ONCE we receive a dose that is going to be too high for us. Update: I waited the 7 business days, and they told me the order was canceled, changed, and re ordered 7 days later and now I have to give them another 5-7 business days. And now I will be past two weeks late. I’ve reached out multiple times as well just to be told it’s “in process” when clearly it wasn’t.

I started using semaglutide with Fridays about 5 months ago. The weight lose has been slow and steady which I’m liking. I like the different programs they offer that help with the weight loss. It helps with the program. I’m looking forward to the next 6 months. Also, the customer service is great. I messed up on an order and they fixed it right away.

I’ve been with the company for 9 months now. I have lost weight, great. I did not plan to renew my plan for another 6 months. They auto renewed the policy and charged me $1650 that is nonrefundable (odd because it just went through and I haven’t used the service at all). They did not send any notification that I was about to be charged. When I reached out to try and cancel, they said no refunds and I had to cancel 3 days before the auto renew date. The policy changed since I signed up. Poor service, bot heavy, terms and conditions are super super shady! I have recommended a bunch of people to the company - but would not recommend anymore because they have been super dismissive and unwilling to help. If I reach out to cancel within a couple days of being billed - without using the service at all - I should be able to get money back. What other company can do that to you?!
