Fridays is fantastic! The customer service is top notch from the moment I signed up through meeting with provider on same day. Not used to this level of service from a tele-health. App is very easy to navigate. Best of all meds arrived when promised and they were cold. Thank you

Fridays is Supportive
I just started tirzepatide through Fridays, and my experience has been excellent so far. It’s only been a week, and I’m already down 5 pounds — and the best part is that I haven’t felt sick or had any major side effects. The provider I met with during the initial video consultation was extremely helpful and even prescribed nausea medication just in case, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. The whole process was smooth, supportive, and straightforward. Fridays has been responsive and easy to work with, and I really appreciate how proactive they are about making sure you’re comfortable and set up for success. Highly recommend!

Fridays
Started with Fridays 1 month ago. Im on the 3 month plan It was an easy process. Filled out the questionnaire. Received my medication within the week. Only wish there was an app to make things easier. I got semaglutide with B12 and my side effects haveng been too bad or unmanageable.

I had a great experience with my dietitian Alexa O she alone is the reason I feel this was worth the cost . She really took her time to listen and worked with me to come up with a plan tailored to my needs . As far as provider Mark Brown I felt like I was being rushed . He was not helpful at all and did not care to hear about any of my concerns when I reached out to customer service Sofia Robles was extremely nice nasty. I asked for a letter of necessity she gave me a letter with the incorrect date of service . I did explain I’ve had a few hiccups and would love a discount to continue an additional 3 months to give more time to try this program she basically told me don’t let let the door hit you on the way out !!!! Very disappointing

Fridays has changed my life!
Fridays has changed my life! I have been on tirzepatide since mid July 2025 and I have already lost 40 pounds through exercise and diet without having to worry about food noise! Honestly where my insurance failed, Fridays came in and saved my life. If you are hesitant about trying them, don’t! You will not regret doing this for you and your family!

LOVE!!!
