Despite the correct address on their…
Despite the correct address on their portal, Friday's shipped to the wrong address. As soon as tracking was available, I notified them, and only have received unhelpful automated emails since as every delivery attempt (to the wrong address) failed. Despite numerous attempts to get an actual person to respond, no one has actually tried to remedy the situation. I now have to dispute the charge with my credit card, as no product was ever received. Do not trust this service.

The professionals at Fridays are awesome!
The professionals at Fridays really listen and understand your unique situation, they treat you with dignity and respect and really look out for your overall health. I actually think they understand my health and do a better job reading my labs than my primary Doctor!

Fast service turned into slow service
I have ordered meds before and have received timely email responses about orders, refills, etc. I placed an order on 11/30/2025, charges were cleared instantly, but no email or next steps were communicated. I waited until Dec 4th to inquire on the website, after no response, I took time out of my schedule to personally call on Dec 5th. No reason was given for the delay, no reasons were given as to why this order was no denied or accepted. I was then given an appt to see a provider.
