Finally a NEW Way of Life to lose weight - NOT just a diet!
I have strugled with weightloss all of my adult life. Finally I found a plan that is a new lifestyle - not a diet. You have a whole team supporting you, including Doctors, Coaches, and Members. I have been with found since June 2022 and have lost 30 pounds in 7 months. Medication is just one piece of a complete system. It really works.

Hefty cancellation fee (no wavier)
Company uses medication that can be used for other diseases for weight loss. Most of these medication‘s have extreme side effects. The non-prescription option they offer provides Ally which I also have an adverse reaction to. Their cancellation policy is very stern at a whopping $129 to cancel before your contract ends. Even if you have medical adverse reactions to their treatment plans there is no waiver fee.

The medications available are FDA approved for many uses along with weight care and many of our members continue to have success with their prescriptions. Every member is given information about possible side effects as well as instructions on how to use their prescribed medication. To ensure that every member has access to the program terms and conditions, members are required to agree to them before selecting a payment method during the checkout process, or their subscription will not be activated. Members also always have access to the terms and conditions they agreed to at signup in their patient portal. We realize that some aspects of the program may not resonate with everyone, however, the terms and conditions are in place so that we are able to provide the same quality of support for all of our members.

I joined found in March 2023
I joined found in March 2023. I was prescribed a medication. I tried it for two days and it made me so sick. Nausea, dizziness, light headed that I had to stay home. It was not worth it to me, and I am afraid to try anything new. When I contacted the company about a refund (after the 2nd day). They told me that I would have to pay the $129 for the first month (which I understood) plus a cancellation fee of $129. Which is $258 for two days worth of medication that made me super sick. The support emails were automated, no one to talk to. No phone number to call. Unless you are committed to taking medication no matter the cost, I would highly recommend NOT signing up. Or be aware that you are chancing a lot of money. The customer service regarding this was horrible.

They didn’t deliver the medications…
They didn’t deliver the medications they promised after charging me for 2 months. Then charged me $129. Stay far away from this scam. They like to say their terms and conditions are clearly stated, but they don't follow through on their promises. That is their fault, but they don't take responsibility for their failure to deliver service and still charge you. STAY AWAY.

Per our company policies, medication can only be prescribed and shipped after a consultation with one of our medical providers and if an issue arises during that process, our support team strives to provide our members with the information they need to continue their plan of care. Additionally, we realize that some aspects of the program may not resonate with everyone, however, the terms and conditions are in place so that we are able to provide the same quality of support for all of our members. Our cancellation fees are stated clearly on our website and available in the member portal and every member is required to agree to the program terms and conditions during the checkout process otherwise their payment method will not be charged and their subscription will not be activated.

Love found!!
I have been using the found program for several months now and have been very satisfied overall. I have had a chance to use the app much as I am a busy mom of two. But I enjoy having the option of I have time! All of my questions are always answered in a speedy timely manner!!
