Found gave me a discreet way to look for additional assistance in my weight loss journey. I was in a physical and mental place where I knew that I needed make changes and put the hard work in but it seemed impossible. The only assistance I received from doctors was "you have to do it" or "just change." Other programs offered the opportunity to purchase their vitamins or food products. I am a private person who does not post much about my wins or challenges but I appreciate the sounding board of a medical professional and stories from other found members and coaches. Found is not magic, it takes hard work, dedication, and effort but also recognizes that medication is not cheating but giving help. If you are ready and willing to make changes in your eating habits and activity routines found is a wonderful program to use.

I have had a great weight loss/management with Found. I think the program is easy to use and all of the interactions have been well constructed and friendly. The staff is very caring and help keep you motivated. I love the AP it makes managing the program so very easy, it's been the best program I have ever tried. I will be sticking with it for as long possible. Now for the not so great: My mom has tried on 2 separate occasions to start the program going online and filling out the info just as i did and has never been contacted. That is a bit disappointing. Even if they don't feel she is right for the program they should at least contact her to let her know.

The insurance and the customer service process are extremely broken.

I’ve been with Found a little over a year now, I’m very happy with the support and encouragement that I receive from the community and the medication that I’ve been prescribed has definitely been helpful in my weight loss journey to getting healthier.

I feel like they listen. Whenever I have a concern they are ready to provide solutions and advice catered to my personal needs.

I have enjoyed Found because of the personalized program and health coach. She checks in with me everyday and knows my struggles and weaknesses and helps me build a plan to continue to be successful.

I have a kickass coach that cares and is motivated for my success. What more can I want? Oh, yeah! My weight is actually coming off successfully and safely!
