Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for Found, Kristina. We are sorry to hear that the prescription issues described have resulted in an unfavorable experience. Our clinicians and support staff generally respond within 24-48 hours and we encourage members to let us know when they have not received a response in that timeframe. Regarding the features of Found, membership includes medication for qualifying members, with the exception of GLP-1 medications which require an insurance process and may require out-of-pocket costs depending on coverage. Additionally, membership with Found includes consults with our board-certified medical providers, access to blogs, nutritional guides, and other content, coaching resources, exclusive access to our mobile app, and a supportive community to assist with weight loss. Your feedback is appreciated so that we can deliver a better experience in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, Katherine. We aplogize that the subscription issues described resulted in an unfavorable experience. To ensure that every member has access to the program terms and conditions, members are required to agree to them before selecting a payment method during the checkout process, or their subscription will not be activated. Members also always have access to the terms and conditions they agreed to at signup in their patient portal. Additionally, if a member chooses to stop their medication they can communicate with their clinician to receive instrustions on how to safely taper off the medication. We realize that some aspects of the program may not resonate with everyone, however, the terms and conditions are in place so that we are able to provide the same quality of support for all of our members and your feedback is appreciated as we continue to develop ways to serve our community.

Hi Mauricio, thank you for taking the time to write a review for Found. Our cancellation fees are stated clearly on our website and available in the member portal and every member is required to agree to the program terms and conditions during the checkout process otherwise their payment method will not be charged and their subscription will not be activated. We realize that some aspects of the program may not resonate with everyone, however, the terms and conditions are in place so that we are able to provide the same quality of support for all of our members. Additionally, we apologize that there were issues communicating with the clinician. Providers typically respond within 24-48 hours depending on availability, as the consults are asynchronous. All medication options recommended to you are based on the personal medical history provided at the beginning of your membership. Your feedback will be used to provide a better Found experience in the future! - JP
