Everything was fine only issue was when the meds came ice pack was melted so hope they are still ok to use. Maybe find better packaging

They are terrible. I'm not even sure they are located in the US although they do you US labs. Originally, they forgot to send me Glutathione. Then what they sent (90 days worth) has a BUD (beyond use date) in August, so what is sent will lose potency. Now only 1 month after initially receiving 90 days worth of Tirzepatide they are wanting to send out another batch. Problem is once these peptides are reconstituted they are only good for 90 days max so they are sending WAY too early to be viable. I am so sorry I signed up with them for one year on some peptides and six months on others. Throwing money down the drain if they don't follow proper protocols for viability. I will NOT renew with them and at this point contemplating asking for a refund if they keep screwing things up. Scary that they are messing things up so much.

Its been almost 2 weeks and I still not received my medication nor have I gotten response..Very disappointed...
