Everything went so well. I had a rep reach out to me immediately and answer any questions I had before I bought the meds. Then the meds were shipped promptly. I got them sooner than I expected. And I have had to touch base a couple times with questions and they respond quickly and are so curious and kind.

I rated 5 stars based on communication prior to my engaging Embody. My questions were answered fully and quickly. Shipping was very quick. I received follow-up communication, as well.

My order was confirmed but never sent to the pharmacy. Will have to go with a different provider soon.

I am honestly not sure yet how to use the injection part of it yet I’m a little nervous I am starting on Monday but so far all questions have been answered and the care team is there as well as the doctor when ever you need them.

A little confusing at first. Had to contact customer support a couple times to get my medication shipped and there could be some clarification about how things work. Website could be a bit clearer and better put together. Otherwise it has been pretty smooth and we will see how it continues.

So far, everything has been quick and easy from sign up to delivery. From the day I placed my order to delivery was approximately 2 weeks. This did not surprise me as I expected my first order to take a little longer. Someone was also in constant contact with me the whole time. Once the pharmacy received my order, it took 5 days. It was shipped on 7/4 and delivered on 7/9. This lets me know when to place my refill order to avoid running out. I am also beyond thrilled with the fixed pricing and no membership requirement, especially since everything was included in the quoted cost. The last company I used required a membership and I was forced to pay an additional $40 for mandatory monthly evaluations. One such evaluation lasted about 90 seconds and the provider was extremely rude! It was clear he didn’t care about my wellbeing. The meds are working well and I’m already down 8 pounds in the first week!!! I will keep you updated if my level of satisfaction changes.
