I never received my order and can't get anyone to respond to me. Terrible customer service.

It was easy, you listened to my concerns and I received the product quickly, also it is working!

I never even received it. I cannot find a customer service number either.

Medication came to a parcel not to my door, and was warm when received it which was the only disappointing thing. I was able to get customer service through phone and online on the site to answer all questions which was very helpful. Overall, my experience was really good so far.

So far so good! I received my order within the time range provided. Communication is great, though it is AI. I don’t believe, other than the dr., I’ve spoken to a real person. But, the AI confirmed multiple times this wasn’t a scam, my monthly payments won’t go up and I can cancel at any time. Now as far as how the medicine works, I can’t comment on since I just started. They do however provide everything needed (except a sharps container). Can purchase one from Amazon for cheap though! My experience is great so far.

I was told I would receive my order in 7 to 9 business days which I thought was a long time to start with but it has been 19 days since the payment came out of my account and I still have not received it.
