To begin with, the questionnaire was easy and I recieved the shipment fast. Tracking was provided and the GLP-1 was packaged safely & cold. After one week I lost 3 lbs granted I was working out at the YMCA every other day, increasing my protein with smoothies and watching my diet with recording intake. Having the medication motivates me for positive lifestyle changes. Im anxious to see how the GLP-1 will assist me in month one. I have already had a question for customer service. I recieved an answer via email within 24 hours back that throughly answered my concerns. Im definitely happy with my decision to go with Embody and would recommend this company to friends and family. Love the service. The only problem is communication after you receive the product. No information on how to get to the portal. You do receive emails that say go to the portal and you can but if you lose the email how do you get there? It could be my fault for not understanding it. Thank you
