Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. My medication was approved last week and I still don’t have a tracking number or any status on the shipping. I have called in 5 times and each time I call in I am told the medication is still at the pharmacy and that a provider will call me to follow up and that hasn’t happened. They don’t seem legitimate and I am pretty sure they are not sending me anything even though they already charged me.

Slow process time
The intake process was great. It only took 2 days to get onboarded and to get my prescription approved. My prescription has been sitting in processing for 9 days now though and I have not received an update as to when I can expect shipment.Prescription shipped and arrived promptly.

I feel they took my money
I feel they took my money. I never got my medication. And I still haven't heard anything from the doctors after calling twice to customer service
