There’s very little information apart from the ad to purchase the meds. There’s no app for tracking progress, nutrition, exercise, medical personnel, etc., which is invaluable to success. You should have something like Noom at the very least.

They charged my credit card immediately after completing the form online and haven’t followed up for 2 full weeks. After calling in last week, they promised a call back from a doctor in 2 days, but no call. The customer support representative explained there were too many new customers for the volume of providers, but that doesn’t justify a lack of response.
