Awesome customer service! The lady who assists me is not only very knowledgeable about the product I wanted to know more about; she is supportive and she is also very kind. She gives the impression she truly cares about you and wants you to be successful. The first order also came within 1 week and this included a holiday which usually delays shipments even worse!! And the price….just WOW!! I was getting ripped off (by another local company) by paying two hundred more per dose/month. I’m happy I found this company! So far, so good!!!

I try to talk with these people and I get no response. Not even from the girl that text me that said she was my coach. No response from anyone.

I honestly can't believe how poorly I was treated. My concerns were dismissed and later, COMPLETELY ignored… they also completely changed my dosage and essentially made me start the entire process over after already taking this medication for months. The lack of communication and concern were truly unbelievable, I have been mistreated by doctors and practices in the past but never expected it so outwardly and immediate after putting in my payment info. The audacity to brush off any patient like they have is still so shocking, it took me a while to even collect myself enough to review this service. I was never even shipped any medications! Due to the lack of responses, (sometimes weeks in between before just stopping completely) as I ashamedly plead for answers or updates. I contacted customer service asking for a response and relaying how upset and disappointed I was so far, thinking my grievances would hopefully be resolved but it just led to the old representative aggressively replying back to our old messages stating they WERE receiving my messages and revealed they HAVE seen my concern but it went absolutely nowhere. They basically told me “quit crying” I wish I read these poor reviews earlier to scare myself away, this wasn’t even just a waste of time and money, but a complete disservice to myself. I would not recommend this service to anyone in good conscience. No amount of money saving is worth this trauma

Ive left emails, text messages and tried calling with absolutely no service. I have not received my medication but have been charged $79. At this point I want my money back and to cancel any future subscription

Well, first I signed up and had an appointment. It went great. I was approved for my medicine and I was waiting for it and then a friend of mine who also signed up, said that there was an issue with theirs and they called and that they said because they were in Arizona there were different rules. Well, they weren’t in Arizona. They were in Arkansas, so I called to check on mine and found out that my appointment was routed to a practitioner who was not licensed to prescribe in Arkansas, so therefore I needed a new appointment yet no one could figure out how to get me a new appointment. It took two phone calls in three emails to get a link to create a new appointment so I did finally go on there like five days later when I finally got a link and created a new appointment then I got home for that appointment and almost hung up because eight minutes into the appointment. No one had showed up. I didn’t hang up and write it 10 minutes after the appointment time the physician came on and was fabulous by the way, I confirmed myself that they were licensed to prescribe in Arkansas because that was a concern of mine and she told me that she was and that she had put a rush order in and that my prescription should ship on Monday and get it by Tuesday and profusely apologize for the situation. Well, as you can imagine I was pretty disappointed that Monday came and no shipment Tuesday came and no shipment and then finally Tuesday afternoon. I got a notification that it was shipped but still it wouldn’t be here until Thursday now I would think as much of an issue as I had that that would have truly been shipped on Monday to arrive on Thursday, but it wasn’t. I will tell you that the customer service has been horrific. And the absolute only thing that kept me moving forward was the price. But I guess if you can offer a good price like that you’re cutting cost from somewhere unfortunately it definitely appears to be Customer Service. I still haven’t figured out how a medical practitioner did not check my information enough to notice that I was in Arkansas that they weren’t licensed to provide in that state. That’s very odd to me.

Tried to get help with an order. Couldn’t get an appointment or anyone on the phone to help.
