I am not feeling any different since I have started the medication. Frustrating part is that company doesn’t tell you the actual dose that they are giving to the patient which is not right. I would like company to tell exact dose that patient is receiving in mg instead of units.

Have not received my order even though the payment was taken out of my account

Well, when I contacted Embody I thought their customer service was top notch. As for the medication itself, I was disappointed in the dosage. To continue to be a customer I'm going to have to have a bigger dose next time.

Process was simple and fast. Got my medication within the week. Wasn't really explained how to. Diet. With this medication, but I did my own research.

I so wanted to switch to this company because of the summer special they were offering but trying to get answers from the customer service was totally sketchy. They kept transferring me around because no one was able to tell me what pharmacy would be filling my prescription and what it would be compounded with. They just kept telling me I would have to pay first and then I could get my questions answered. That kind of response should speak volumes as to the integrity of this company. I informed them that it's really important to be transparent about that before you expect someone to pay for a year upfront. They list five pharmacies but only two of them are highly reputable from the research I've done so I'd like to know which one would be filling mine before I pay. Also, in the reviews I see they compound the Trizepatide with B12, which I cannot take so when I asked if there were any other things they compound the glp1 with they said they could not answer that until after I paid!.. seriously???... how could you expect someone to pay all that money and not even be able to tell them what other options there is for the compound formula? How could anyone feel secure doing business with a company that lacks this kind of transparency right out of the gate! My current company may be a little higher in price but the professionalism and reputation of the pharmacy that compounds my medication is worth the extra money!

The delivery was on time. The product did what it promised.

The order was delivered quickly!! The dose isn’t really helping yet. I’m hoping the next dose will increase so I’m not wasting my money. The food noise is still terrible. I guess it’s too soon to say anything good or bad but I can say the customer service is fantastic

I have asked numerous times about the patient portal. I have gotten zero responses.
