I ordered medication through here. Never received my meds. The incorrect address was entered and they sent to incorrect address. They told me they delivered to the address on file which was incorrect. If I want it resent I will have to pay another 100+ dollars. They are not an easy company to contact once something is wrong. Hold times 30 minutes or more. Sorry to say I recommended them to family and friends. Hope their experience is better than mine.

Communication is the key to ANY healthy relationship. And AI for me is robotic and doesn't get the problem solved. If you can't get a problem solved you cannot run a successful business so it's great that humans still answer the phone.
