My liaison has been just great. I had some confusion with my first delivery and the helped solve it no problem, no finger pointing, they just got it done. Very easy to conduct business with.

She was very helpful and told me how to do certain things and how long how much water I need a day and new exercises

I was able to get an appointment the same day. She addressed my issue and made the changes necessary. She also answered all my questions.

Minus 5 stars As I continue to call and email to the fully unhelpful and incompetent customer service. Unbelievable A comedy of errors? Or are they just lying, I can't quite tell. The customer service just apologizes over and over and says the same thing over and over tells me that somebody will call me back in 48 to 72 hours now we're at third time of "escalation" Every single email I have sent has gone unanswered It's a joke. Just call your bank And I can't wait to get the AI response to this complaint that will lead to absolutely nowhere.

This is my 2nd review! It has officially been a month since I paid for my prescription and I still haven’t received it. I have reached out to customer service countless times and still no medicine and no refund. I ultimately had to cancel my subscription and will be reporting this company to the better business bureau. It is a complete scam and its practices are highly illegal. You can NOT take money for a service and NOT provide said service.
