Do not trust Embody They promise you 149$ per month, no increase never. I was charged 149$ in month 1, received product quickly Was then charge 399$ on month2, I called them to complain: they suddenly did not find my file but promise me that the 399$ were for 3 months All of the sudden following month: 399$ again! Here I have talked to 3 different people: -first one did not find me but then saw that I supposedly cancel then was not able not find me and give me fake phone number called « care team » when nobody answer, no voice mail - second one said that July 399$ was a mistake and that it will cover the next 3 months. I told her that they already told me that for June. No answer - third one told me that my normal price was 399$ per month despite the screenshots of the offer that I sent to her I am now waiting for a call back ( they were supposed to call me 30’ again), still waiting This company is badly run, their ad for monthly fixed cost is a scam do not fall for it Zero customer service, you have to fight to find a phone number Despite their patient portal, they are telling me that I do not exist in their system ( but my credit card do and they are sending me products…)

The person on the video visit was very helpful and answered all my questions.

I haven’t received my medication yet, but speaking with the provider was a positive experience. I hope to continue having positive interactions with them. The price is reasonable and has been locked in. The customer service is also helpful.
