Very polite, understanding, informative

I have had ZERO issues since the day I signed up. I received my medications quickly. I was able to schedule my appointment early and the provider was prompt and thorough.

It took 12 days from being accepted until I got the GLP........ too long!!

As a whole the company so far has been great at answering all my questions and being very quick to followup also it is very nice to feel like you are cared for and that's what they do. Keep up the good work!!!!

I’m doing great I’ve lost 8 lbs in 2 weeks please check and see how much it will be next month And will it just come or do I have to to reorder. Thanks Lynn

I submitted for a new account 7/4, was approved 7/5 with an emailing stating I would have meds within 7- 10 business days. We are now on 7/31 and nothing. They charged my card but no meds and I continue to get told they can’t cancel my order until the pharmacy approves it but the pharmacy isn’t responding. Not sure I trust the fact they do not have better communication with their pharmacy. I do not recommend
