Originally they gave me no tracking info, but my script arrived quickly. I was already on tirz through another pharmacy but found Embody to be slightly cheaper. I was not thrilled when I received the new medicine because it was the starter dose, even after I sent them my prior script for 7.5mg. I emailed support, met with an NP, uploaded my prior script to the portal, met with another NP, who then increased my dosage correctly. They shipped and I received the correct script within 1 week! They also didn’t charge me again to replace the script. I would give 5 stars, but the hold up with my script causes a loss of 1. Embody texted me asking for my prior script when I initially signed up. I sent my script immediately to the text. There was no request to upload in the portal. And I never received a response until I reached out to support after receiving the starter dose. I’m thrilled that embody corrected it, it just could have been a smoother ride there. I will continue being a customer though knowing they righted the wrong!

A company is only as good as its Customer Service, and this company sucks. Don't expect to ever reach anyone after they charge your card! Even when its urgent like getting your prescription wrong (which they did). They also don't respond to emails, but they sure did charge my card immediately. I got suckered into a fancy website and cute Instagram ads. All smoke and mirrors...

After several experiences with your customer service, I really had a lot of questions about whether or not I would stay with this company. Your customer service people like to talk over you amongst other issues, but when I receive the call from my nurse practitioner, I felt listened to I felt comfortable. I felt she had compassion and understanding for what I was going through she gave me great advice on multiple levels, including making sure that I eat my proteins listing the amounts that I should be eating a protein, my water intake all of those things she went over everything that I even had a question for I order so much I asked if she could be my point of contact from now on when it comes to the doctor aspect of it. I look forward to speaking to her again. I know she represents your company very well and I hope everyone has the same experience that I did which was fabulous. She mentioned my delivery should be around 7 days & I’m excited to start. This was a welcomed experience after the not so great customer service issues I had more than once .

When I signed up and paid 12 months in advance, the patient intake form I completed allowed me to choose 15mg/week as my preferred dose of Tirzepatide. When I was prescribed the medication, I was prescribed 11.125 mg. So I made an appointment with a medical staff member of theirs. She told me that the highest dose they prescribe is 11.125 mg. This WAS NOT COMMUNICATED ANYWHERE on their patient intake form or website. They mislead you into thinking that the 15mg dose is an option when it is not. When I called to cancel and request a refund, barely 24 hours later, they claimed that my prescription had already been sent to the pharmacy, so they could refund only 11 of 12 months. For their misrepresentation alone, I would not trust this company.

Still no update in my order status.
