Overall, I am happy with the ease of the process. My only complaint….I have been on Terzepatide for a year through another company. I have lost over 40 lbs. That company continued me with the same pricing, significantly higher than Embody, even though it has become more affordable across the board. Thus, my desire to switch. Embody insisted on starting me back at the lowest possible dose. I have gained some weight back because of it. Lowest dose for maintenance sure isn’t going to work for me. My routine didn’t change at all other than the dose. The next two monthly vials each have a dosage increase so, hopefully, I can get back on track. I did the three monthly vials plan and received all three vials at the same time. Shipping went great.

If I could give this no stars I def would. Had two companies in mind and I chose this one. And I’m so mad I did. First off I chose one med and the dr ordered a different so I got charged for both which was over 500 and they didn’t even ask if it was okay to switch. So this was going on a week and a half. Can’t talk to anyone they always are “experiencing high call volume” well maybe if you guys did what you are advertising so many upset customers wouldn’t be calling. I get told the hold up was the dr ordered both meds. Idc fix it. You sure took my money so fast but now nothing. So unprofessionally and I will rate this company and let everyone know on every platform. Don’t fall for This scam
