First of all they lied on their website about their rating. They do not have a 4.5 star rating as you see on TrustPilot. I have screenshots where as soon as I requested a refund Emily left the chat. I shouldve known better than to order from here with their low rating. They take your money and run. Soon as you catch on to their BS they give you the run around to avoid canceling and refundin you your money. So far they have already taken my payment but its been 24 hours already and my medical review is still pending meanwhile im less than a week away from taking my last injection. I read that youre medical review is approved WITHIN 24HRS but now im being told it can take 1 to 2 business days. Tomorrow is friday. Which mean I may not know anything until Monday yet they took my money already. That's not including the process it can take to even get my medication at all if I ever get it. I've already canceled my next subscription and requested a refund. They text and email quickly when they want you to join but after that SILENCE. So now I have dispute the transaction with my bank

The nurse was great.

My experience was very good. Everything was explained to me . The doctor was very informative about the product and I am looking forward to start the process of losing weight.

Everything went great until they found a mistake the pharmacy made a while back, now I have to go through a lot of extra steps to do things I shouldn’t have to do bc of a pharmacy problem, my money, 800.00, is tied up, and I still can’t start my injections yet until the whole mess is cleared up. Very frustrating. Not anyone’s fault I guess, but I am more frustrated about my money being held up.
