Very helpfull took there time to answer any questions I had

Horrible response to patient concerns. My medication arrived hot to the touch with a melted ice pack that was also hot to the touch. This was over two weeks ago. I have emailed multiple times and called multiple times and each time I am told that someone from the clinical team will call me within 24-48 hours but this has not happened once over the two weeks and over 10 attempts to speak with someone that will resolve my concern. I have paid for medication that is useless and possibly harmful if used. This is just plain negligence on the part of Embody. I would give the 0 stars if possible. I cannot believe this is how they treat their patients.

My provider was polite and professional. She treated me with respect and kindness. I feel she was very informative and throughly read my intake form and listened to the answers to her questions. She has a warm demeanor and a great smile that made me feel welcome immediately. It was a pleasant experience. Thank you. Marlena Caldwell

My first attempt to connect I got disconnected. I could not get anyone on the chat to help for several minutes. I rescheduled but am not getting an email with the "Join" link

the provider listened and adjusted my compound to best suit my needs absolutely wonderful experience
