I started my journey on July 28th and am writing this at about my halfway point on October 9th. My starting weight was around 180lbs. Currently, I am 164lbs. My goal is around 145lbs. My side effects have been manageable- experiencing some nausea the day after injection but heartburn has been my worst and fairly consistent side effect.
