While we’re unable to address individual account details publicly, we’d welcome the opportunity to connect with you directly to review and clarify any concerns. That said, we’re happy to provide general clarification around our pricing policies. Prior to November 14, 2025, Belle’s pricing was based on dosage. At all times, our policy has been to ensure that every patient receives all of the medication they purchased, and that commitment has never wavered. On November 15, 2025, we introduced our flat-rate pricing model, which applies to all orders placed from that date forward—giving both existing and new patients access to simplified, transparent pricing. In addition to our flat-rate pricing, we also launched a complimentary nutrition program led by our Registered Dietitian, available at no cost to all patients. This program includes a 12-week educational course and weekly live webinar sessions every Thursday, reflecting our commitment to supporting patient wellness well beyond their time on a GLP-1 medication. Again, we appreciate your feedback and are always happy to discuss further directly.
