Everything was going great when until….. I…
Everything was going great when I started with Belle in September. Most recently after they sold or they were taken over or just happen to change systems it all became a mess !!! They had me as a new member last month, they couldn't back track my doses. The one doc I most recetly spoke to couldnt see I had been on it since September. Then when I ordered through new system they decided theyd charge me monthly ;mind you only 2 weeks had gone by since first order when I recieved a message id be charged again for next order which I didnt want. I had to go through hoops and bounds to stop it. Since then ive decided to not order again after my current dose ends. Theyre many places out there now. My sister in law had a similar experience where they couldnt back track her information and they prescribed her wrong continuum of dose. Again, after change of system Belle has done downhill unfortunately cause i was really happy first few months and even referred 2 coworkers who are still with Belle. Oh well!

Thanks for sharing your experience with our system transition. Our new platform includes auto refill to improve patient convenience and ensure consistent treatment without needing to call for refills. We deliver 4 week supplies for monthly patients to keep you on schedule. The transition has caused some confusion, and we're working to provide better advance notice. Unfortunately, our system requires manual input to transfer dosing history, which we don't expect patients to handle. I'll reach out to review your situation and see how we can help!

I absolutely love the Belle staff and the Tirzepatide product. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and they actually check in with you along your journey. I’m finally confident that I will reach my weight loss goal.

This company is wonderful
This company is wonderful. Anytime I have a question day or night there is someone available to answer. I can message the doctors and they get back with me very quickly. The shipping time is very fast. It’s a 2 day turn around.
