I was charged for the second round of shots while I was still doing my first round. Just after my 4th shot. I tried to contact customer service... no number... the chat people just repeat the same thing and never answer your question. I also tried to explain that I did not recieve the correct amount of meds. I am pretty sure I will run out before I am supposed to. Again no help.... I will be canceling this service.

The commication is horrible. Questions go unanswered. For what the medication cost, you should be able to speak to a live person. It's just ridiculous and very frustrating not to be able to communicate when you have questions about your medication.

When I signed up it seemed good, however more than one profile was created(how they still can’t tell me) & I couldn’t get access to the correct one. No matter how much I communicated with them, it was very unsuccessful. 3 1/2 weeks later I decided to reach out to an affiliate I know to contact their direct contact person to get the ball rolling. It was finally resolved within days. The process shouldn’t be this frustrating. They say not having a CS# to call keeps the medicine affordable. I hope they get a better system together for the new people coming in.

I’m so disappointed. I was so happy getting my meds on time and the meds working. I have paid for my prescription and haven’t received it nor has the pharmacy received my script from the doctor. I have called the pharmacy and contacted Amble support with no resolution. They said they would get back to me in a day and I haven’t heard anything. It’s been 20 days since I have put in my order. I am without medication. All they have to do is resubmit my prescription to the pharmacy but I can’t get anyone to do it. After reading customer reviews with the same problem I am discouraged that this will be resolved. Please Amble fix this issue. Today is July 16th. I received my medication today and I would like to note that the issue has been resolved. Thank you so much Amble!

Didn't have any issue with communication, until they got my money, then crickets. Got the doctor eval quickly and the communication was good. Got my first order of medicine, and it didn't come with syringes. I've been trying for over a week to get an answer out of their customer service chat and nothing. Had to buy my own syringes and guess that i was getting the right ones. Having never done any type of self-injections before, it was anxiety provoking. I've sent chats, I've sent FaceBook messages and no responses. The only person that ever answered back was a PA in the Doctor chat. My wife has been considering a compounding pharmacy for weight loss, and regardless of any results I may have with Amble, I'm advising her to find a different online pharmacy due to the total lack of customer service. If she finds one that is better, I will attempt to switch as well.

The prices for GLP1 are good. At first I thought the service was great until there was an issue with me not getting meds. The customer service is awful and can only be reached via email. I asked to just refund and not send meds. They wouldn’t do this. Still didn’t get meds. Took over 2 weeks of me emailing to finally get the meds sent to pharmacy. I paid for meds 5/26 and as of today still don’t have them. Looking for another telehealth company.

I was referred by an RN at work and was initially happy with my shipment, price, etc. However, my Tirzepatide vial was not enough for 4 weeks. I was barely able to dose my 3rd injection. I reached out to Amble and was told to call the pharmacy, TX Promed. I called them multiple times and left several messages but never got a call back. Amble has already deducted my acct twice in the amount of $299 but they have not given me all my medication and hasn't done anything about it. I have correctly dosed my injections as the instructions are very clear (50cc) and even had an RN double check that I wasn't doing something wrong. The medication is working great, but I now have to dip into my 2nd month and increase my strength a week early. I am very frustrated with Amble that they refuse to take accountability. Hopefully my other vials are enough for 4 weeks (fingers crossed).

My initial sign up last month was great and I received my med very quickly. No side effects and actually felt great. Problems started with first refill request. Error on their part and failure to be accountable and fix it has resulted in me still waiting on my refill for 3 weeks and having already missed a dose. I’m hoping they get their act together soon and stop saying they are working on it and actually send it. Very disappointed with their service after initial sign up.
