I had a $50 coupon for my first order. The order was placed, I got a confirmation and then received an email that an action was required. When I go on, the required action was to resubmit the form AND ANOTHER PAYMENT. I reached out to support and was told the order would need to be cancelled and resubmitted. When I went to resubmit I could no longer use the $50 coupon since it was technically no longer my first order. I asked them to make this right and was given the run around.

Worst experience ever! Amble will take your money send you a phony message saying your order is sent to Pharmacy where that message will remain the same for weeks. Customer service is a joke they take a couple of days to a week to reply I'm having to go through my bank to get my money back for a shipment that after almost a month is still saying sent to Pharmacy this has been frustrating and mind blowing

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NONEXISTENT AND I CANNOT CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP. I have attempted to several times for the PAST THREE MONTHS NOW. I get an automatic reply. The last two times my medicine has arrived hot. I no longer want to receive anything from them and I cannot cancel and I keep being charged. SUPER FRUSTRATING!!!

I paid for 4 months and got one vial. I repeatedly sent emails trying to get information on why I was not given the rest of the product I paid for. Constantly got the run around. Never again

I have an overdue status for my prescription and can’t seem to get it resolved. It has been like this for over a month and I am now missing dosages. I have been reaching out with no luck. While I’d like to continue with this process, I am at the point where I can’t wait any longer.

My experience with Amble started out great, but once problems arose, the customer service quality declined dramatically. The latest response I received from a representative was shocking. Instead of attempting to resolve my concerns professionally, I was told that I was "wasting their time" and that it was "not their fault" that I wanted to keep arguing. I was essentially blamed for asking questions and seeking assistance. Whether a company agrees with a customer or not, speaking to paying customers in this manner is completely unacceptable. A professional response would focus on explaining the issue and providing solutions, not criticizing the customer. Combined with the repeated subscription issues I've experienced, this interaction destroyed my confidence in the company. The service feels excellent when they are signing you up and taking your money, but when you need help, the tone changes completely. I expect professionalism, respect, and accountability from companies I do business with. Unfortunately, Amble failed on all three.

The star rating is not real if you google BBB better business Bureau this has to be the worst customer service, I have ever received. Lack of communication. I paid for a 3mths. supply they sent one order with the bottle keep in mind not full. I have email and try calling a FAKE number online. D0 NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY !!!

I have been trying to get my prescription refilled since Saturday and I keep getting different answers from different people. My payment was declined and it’s been nothing but crickets since. I am begging them to take my money and no one else wants to help me. I’ve been with Amble for over a year and usually th customer service is fine but this has been a nightmare and all bc my payment declined (I don’t know why either bc the funds are there) I am going to be without medication through no fault of my own.
