I received a prescription for semaglutide and did not have any major issues with shipping (shipped within a reasonable time) or with customer service responding within a 24 hr period for the last 3-4 months. However, i ordered a 1 month supply of semaglutide on May 19, 2025 and the prescription was approved and payment of $179 was withdrawn from my bank account but the prescription was never shipped and customer support has not responded to my messages advising of the status (as of June 10, 2025).

The signing up and getting your order is super easy and fast. Now i got my order and i am having issues getting into my account because i think my dummy self miss typed my email, which is not their fault. The issue is the lack of customer support to get help. I have sent to detailed messages asking for help and have gotten nothing back. I need to update my payment method and because their lack of help I will probably need to find another company. They really need to figure out how to help people, waiting two to three weeks and still no response is unacceptable.

If you have questions about ANYTHING…forget about getting an answer! ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! They are very quick to take your $ but will NOT ANSWER emails, texts, help chats, etc. There isn’t a customer service phone number either (which should of been the first clue :-/) I gave them 2 stars instead if 1 because I actually did receive my first shipment of meds.

Received the first shipment but have not received any medication or communication following that. They are unresponsive to messages. I have been waiting for someone to respond back to me. I will not be using or recommending them to anyone. Stay away.

I had to switch providers and decided to Go with Amble. Everything went great in the beginning. Got my medicine on my fifth week now and I’ve had zero weight loss my last provider I was losing about a pound a week so I am not sure if their medicine isn’t as strong or not as good but not losing anything for five weeks since starting this program I’m not feeling very confident

Amble was supposed to charge me $224 the first month for Semaglutide and a one time charge for nausea medication. The next two months should have been $179 for Semaglutide only. They charged me $224 each month for all three months and won’t refund my money. No response. No customer service. Beware! After a month, I still haven’t heard from Amble or received an adjustment to my account.

Received my 2nd order and the vile was dang near empty. Based off the doctors instructions there is ABSOLUTELY no way there is even a half a shot possible. When I did all that I was supposed to show the vile. I was told “we trust our suppliers” So YES they took my money and NO I did not get the proper amount of product. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKED! Too expensive to get taken advantage of.

With the new FDA rules Amble has ghosted everyone! Don't start up with them. They're not sharing with their patients what is going on or what to expect in the next 60 days. I was thrilled with my one delivery, but they have been silent, since. Will probably go back to Orderly.
