I have continued using Amble in hopes that my experience would improve, but unfortunately it has not. Communication remains extremely slow, and instead of receiving direct answers, customer support often responds with additional questions that don’t address my original concern.
My most recent issue has been waiting over a week for a response about how many units I should inject after a prescribed GLP-1 dosage increase. This is important dosing information that should be provided promptly, especially when patient safety is involved.
I also never received any follow-up regarding the concerns I raised in previous interactions, which left me feeling that my feedback was not taken seriously.
Due to the ongoing lack of communication and support, I have canceled my 3-month auto-pay subscription and am actively looking for a different provider. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Amble and would encourage anyone considering their services to carefully evaluate whether the level of customer support meets their expectations.

Horrible
Horrible! I've had nothing but problems since using the service. I started June 6th, and I know I signed up for just one month, but somehow, I ended up on automatic refills. My first order wasn't even processed and shipped until probably June 10th. Next thing I know, July 1st, my card is charged again- 3 weeks later.
On top of that, when I looked into system, the prescription was written for me to take 5 mg the first two weeks and then increase it to 10 mg the second two weeks for the first month. Then the prescription for the second month had me going back to 5 mg then up to 10 mg the second month, which absolutely made no sense. After contacting them to request that they change the Rx to increase the dose instead of dropping me back and then increasing me over and over again, I was told a new prescription had been called into the pharmacy... That was July 7th. Fast forward to July 10th, and nothing has updated in the app regarding my prescription, so I reach out to the pharmacy directly. After speaking with Emily at the compounding pharmacy, she confirmed that no new prescription had been sent in. She assured me she would contact Amble directly try to get this straight, so my new prescription would go out by July 10th. I was assured that she would call me by close the business on the 10th to let me know whether or not the issue has been corrected. Meanwhile, I reached out to Amble myself and sent multiple messages via chat to someone named Meghan to advise that despite what they had told me, the pharmacy confirmed they had not received the new prescription. I told her that if this was not corrected by the end of the day Friday, I would be disputing to charge with my bank...Mind you, in their system, it had me set up to be charged for a third shipment two weeks from now, at the end of July, when I haven't even received the second shipment I've already paid for.
Altogether, Amble is the worst online site for getting prescription meds that I've ever used. I should have known things would go downhill after placing the very first order and my meds arrived hot. Despite reaching out to their support team immediately, no one bothered to follow up with me or assist me with reaching out to the pharmacy directly. It took two weeks and multiple chat messages just to get them to even care. Their response was simply oh nothing's wrong with the meds, despite the fact that the ice had melted and the vial of medication was literally hot. I regret referring someone else to this service, but I'm going to tell her to find somewhere new.
This service is a joke. Customer service is non-existent, yet they charge your card like clockwork before it's time. Clearly, no one took the initiative to ensure I received my order because I had to call the pharmacy directly only to be told they didn't even have my new prescription. What a waste of time and money. I'll be on the phone with my bank Monday morning filing a dispute.

Terrible customer service, find a different company
I initially thought they were going to be really great. But I had a situation where the holiday was coming up and I was concerned. I tried to tell them to plan for it and they chose not to. As a result, there was a shipping delay, so my cold medication sat in a hot warehouse for five days. When I received it, it was hot. Now I have to skip my dose and wait for them to send me another one. Emma, the person that texts you to “be a support” basically told me she wasn’t able to help me and kept on deferring blame. The doctors don’t ever respond, they have customer service respond for them. You still have to wait several days to get a response about anything, it’s just terrible customer service. For what they charge, I would expect them to be better. As soon as they correct their mistake, I will be shopping around for other companies. I’m a very understanding person, but when you gamble with my health, I stop being understanding.

No Customer Service - Prescription Changed With No Notice
I have been using Amble for over a year. Things were great for the first year. My prescription was increased appropriately and I lost 100lbs. When I renewed my prescription Amble lowered the units that I was taking and sent me less medication. I raised this issue with them and they had no response. I am now at the next 3 month cycle and just received a notification that my next shipment has been sent and this new shipment is at a lower concentration - the prior concentration was .5mg/ml and my new shipment is at .25mg/ml.
These changes have all been done without any communication. I’m paying the same amount and getting less medication and it is less effective.
It is impossible to speak to a live person at Amble. You are forced to use their messaging system. It takes days to get a response and the responses are generally not helpful.
While this started as a good program for me, it has turned poor very quickly. I would not recommend using Amble; look elsewhere for a company with better customer service.

Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience. I only used them for 6 weeks but it was extremely difficult. Next to impossible to get a physician to respond. They say you can get a response from a doctor within 24 hours. My experience was closer to 4-5 days, and then it would just be a copy/paste of stuff that was unrelated to my question. Lots of issues with dosages. Everything was just terrible.
