Seamless sign up experience and follow up
Information on the website was easy to follow and informative. It was also nice to get a follow up text from Emma as I had a couple of more questions before signing up. Overall the signup process was easy and seamless.

Very quick intake process
Very quick intake process, provider access within 24 hours and script sent to pharmacy. Ran into a little delay with pharmacy due to holiday delay and issues with script status. However customer service member Dylan was amazing at following up with issues and provided quick, consistent updates. Received order within 48 hours of shipping!

Lauren was great
Lauren was great, she resolved my billing issue and even got her manager involved to help. On top of that she took the time to tell me that she was waiting to hear back from management without me asking for a follow up which I think is very thorough of her. Thanks Lauren!!!
