Align pharmacy through Amble has shipped me warm medications 3 times now. They refuse to give me a refund or use a different pharmacy. All help chats are AI robots and are useless. STAY AWAY. Edit: amble responded saying they were going to reach out and they did not.

I have used services like this before and they do a consult via video call. This service is a scam. they want you to send them pictures and your old prescriptions. And when i refused to share my prescription they denied me instead of evaluating. There are more reputable services out there that one should follow.

With my last order I had a very disappointing experience. They switched my prescription to a different pharmacy (Align), and the new pharmacy used low-quality vials that were not sealed properly. This compromised both the integrity of the medication and its sterility. I worked as a Surgical Technologist for 11 years, so I understand the importance of proper sterile packaging. Sending medication to a patient in an improperly sealed vial is reckless and puts patients at risk of infection, which can lead to serious complications and, in some cases, even be life-threatening. The most concerning part is that I have the training to recognize when a vial has been compromised. Someone without a medical background may not realize there's a problem and could use the medication, assuming the vial is safe. That lack of awareness could put their health at unnecessary risk. I am very concerned and this poses a serious patient safety risk.

Well if I could give Amble negative stars I would. I left a review 2 weeks ago and an agent said they would send me a message, they never did. WEEKS have gone by when I cancelled my subscription and requested to be refunded the $700+ and they have yet to do so. I never received the medication either. Their customer service is the absolute worst I’ve ever dealt with. $700 is just too much money to wait around to get back. I 1,000% regret signing up with them. And as you can see in the reply “someone will reach out to resolve this.” They never did the first time and I’m doubtful they will this time. I basically just threw $700 out of the window!

started off good. then suddenly my shipments stopped being sent. after many message sent they tell me i have to do a follow up questionnaire, fine, i do it and then it takes forever to get my shipment. THEN the next month , same thing but my shipment sat at the pharmacy for 12 days. there is zero customer service, u have to message them and they take their time replying. so they charged me and wouldn’t answer my messages and i got my shipment 4 days after i was due for my injection. the best part, my prescription is wrong. they put the decimal on the wrong place and instead of 90 units to inject, which is what was prescribed , the pharmacy sent me 135 units to inject!! HUGE mistake and o can’t get anyone to respond. i want a refund and cancelled my account but of course, nobody will respond to my DAILY Emails or messages!! Do NOT use them.

This company is all about your money. They start strong with Emma then once you join it’s all AI. No one ever answers your questions and despite doing everything I got the lowest dosage. Just go to another company

So we are on Day 7, it is July 17, 2026. Apparently, a label was created for my shipment. I wonder how many days it will take to actually ship. I had email follow up that said they cannot help me and will not consider a full refund. Back story... I had to switch from a company that I loved but no longer service my state. I told Amble the dosage that I am currently on and I requested to stay at this same dosage. Instead, they are sending me an amount that won't even cover one weekly injection. I would have NEVER approved to pay for this if I would have known. And the fact that they will not even consider refunding is absurd. I have been in customer service for 32 years and this is so unacceptable. Do not give your money to this company! I wonder if I will ever get what I paid for? Day 4 - no update. Will keep you posted. Either way, I never approved the dosage. Steer clear of this company, do your research - don't give them a dime.

Amble is a joke. Like other reviews once you sign up they ghost you. I never signed up foe auto renew. I guess the first time I didn’t cancel in time so I was charge for another 6 months😡ok maybe my fault. Now with no way to get on the patient portal because my password had expired. I messaged support everyday once I seen my card was on hold that I cancelled back in April when I sent them a message. We now they say I was on auto pay again and took over $2000.00 from my credit card. And told me there is nothing they can do. That’s bs. So I’m going to have to take different measure. BEWARE PEOPLE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU HAVE TO FIGHT TO GET YOUR MEDS. I never renewed my contract.
