The compound medication they have sent me has no effects at the highest dose. Support will not respond.

After paying $1,279 for 3 months for a total of 5ml of Tirzepatide, and complaining of not feeling the effects of the med, the so called Dr. (I believe computer generated Dr. response because all messages back from Dr. have same wording). I was told to up the dosage, then charged an up charge and an additional monthly charge and I didn’t request more medication, they sent it to me, I was assuming to support the dosage increase. Dr. Responses and customer support very delayed or needing continuous comments from me to answer me. After this amount of money spent and not great effects from the medication, I am very suspicious of probably only the slightest bit of Tirzeparide are in those vials, causing people to have to increase the dosage to get the proper effects which causes an increase in price hence how these companies make their money on our desperation of not being able to attain the name brands.

From the start of my experience with this company, I’ve had NOTHING but problems. First off, they never sent my script over to the pharmacy the first go round. I went back and forth w the customer service lady multiple times and she said they sent it over. Which was a lie. I called the actual pharmacy myself(Texas Pro Med) and they sd they never got a script for me. I got my meds AFTER THE 10 days. Then the 2nd month they charged my credit card twice. And now they are refusing to delete my credit card information after I’ve finished my 3 month commitment. And now customer service will not message me back. Isn’t that against the law? Who will be this company’s next victim? Hopefully not you.

Great first experience until it wasn't. HORRIBLE customer service. They do not respond to emails or monitor their chats. It's been 24 hours and STILL a complete ghost town! They have until Monday to get back to me before I flag this transaction with my bank and switch over to a better company. I am a paying customer, I do not understand or know why I am chasing you to respond for a service I am paying for.

Stay Away from Amble ***Terrible Customer Service If you are considering Amble, think again. The price is attractive however their response time, service and pharmacy product are trash.

UPDATE: Three days later, and multiple efforts to contact them via their website, I still have no response. They kindly billed my credit card 10 days ago, but don't have the decency to tell me why I don't have my overdue medications in hand. I'm tied into a network of Amble customers, at least some of whom are dropping them. Scam artists. I question whether they even have an office. ______________________________ The customer service from Amble is horrific. You can only communicate via their email system and can't call them. They don't respond for days and when they do, it's a boIIerplate response that ignores your very specific concerns. They allow you a 5-business-day window for refills, and say it takes 7-10 business days to receive your prescription. How ridiculous is that? You're virtually guaranteed to miss doses.

Joining Amble was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. It is so not worth it with all the other options out there. Please do not waste your time. They take at least 2 days to respond and I have had to keep repeating myself and my request that I was not prescribed enough medication for the 12 weeks they require. You have to commit to 3 months, fine, but they will keep charging you after that (even after I changed my credit card number) and there is no simple way of canceling your membership without going through their chat support. It’s ridiculous. A complete waste of money and time. Moreover, the pharmacy Amble uses in Houston, which is where my medication was from, also has terrible reviews. The strength of the dosage is only 1 mg/ml which is so little and would require a patient to use multiple syringes to get just one dose of the medicine. I previously used Freya for a month prior to Amble and even though it was almost $100 more, I felt like I was actually getting quality customer service and medication. I would recommend Freya over Amble, or any other company for that matter. If you really want to save money, go directly through Olympia Pharmacy which is the pharmacy Freya prescribes. In the end, I basically ended up paying $600 over the last 3 months but only for 6 weeks of medication. So even though Amble’s monthly fee advertised may sound worth it, it’s not. Go elsewhere.
