I just signed up 2 days ago, ad I have several friends that used Amble. I received a msg telling me I was approved, then I got a message from the doc, asking if I’d like to increase my dose. Ive never been on Tirzepatide before. I replied within 3 minutes, and have yet to hear back. I reached out to customer service, also no reply yet. I realize it’s only been 2 days, but the medicine question seemed odd. Hopefully I’ll hear from someone soon.

Went through the order processing it was quick and simple.

I appreciate the affordability, but the customer service is really lacking. There is no way to talk to an actual person and that can be frustrating.

The re-order process is not easy. There should be a one step tab to re-order when you’re on the month to month plan. The shipping is kinda sketchy with the medication supposed to be kept cold. Shows up with the ice packs thawed and a light chill to the packaging.

I have used amble for a few months now. Works well! The only negative thing is it has started taking a lot longer for consultations and to get responses back.

I have not had any issues since joining. Shipments have been fast. I appreciate there isn’t a membership fee. I do wish there was an app and a way to adjust/update your dosage dates. It would also be nice for a live chat option or faster way to reach customer service/Dr. without having to wait a few days

I wish there was the ability to speak to an actual person. Response time is a little slow and at times the response does not resolve the issue or directly answer the question being asked. I find the refill process to be confusing.

Ive been with Amble for over a year, I've tried other telehealths & come back. My reasons for exploring others is the lack of customer service, they don't contact you in a timely manner if at all and follow threw on issue's they are at fault for are severely lacking. From the the wrong add on being sent (they never made it right) to 2 vials being short, I had to fight & hound them for any sort of resolution on that. Still they couldn't tell me when vials that are machine loaded were last calibrated or what their "investigation" really entailed, leading me to believe there never really was one. If you are looking for the most affordable glp telehealth Amble is it, pray you have no issues & be ready to fight to make it right.
