My order has not been delivered yet. Have to cancel the order. I was promised the order be delivered asap but it’s more then 2 weeks I haven’t received my order

I ordered through joinamble . Took my money. Now it says I need to do the rest of my questionnaire. I contact the company. They send me a link. I finish the questionnaire but it wants payment. I sent them a screen shot I already paid. I haven’t heard anything more. Worst customer service!

Worst customer service they won’t refund, I haven’t received product in one year and the customer service are all robots!!! I have completed their check ins to receive my medication however they always seem to disappear right when my package is going to be delivered. If you want to be scammed out of your money go ahead. If I can leave less than one star I would.

They processed a refill without my consent. Never signed up for auto refills. Got a text to update them on how im doing...followed the link & answered questions. That was it. Then i get ab email few days later that they've put a $870 hold on my card while they wait for doctor to approve for pharmacist. I immediately email them explaining I do not authorize, etc.... then 2 days later the payment is fully processed (from a card I did NOT have the funds for this charge) so now I'm screwed. It's been 6 days & still no reply from the company, even after my 2nd email. INSANE!! This company can sit & spin.

Reached my goal. that was great. Trying to unsubscribe it horrible. Every time I tried to message to stop I was directed to contact another department? Finally reach someone told its too late order at pharmacy if I dont accept and pay, it can be reported on my credit report they can legally, come after for the funds. No you can leave it in the refrigerator because we both know if I didn't pay yet you didn't even put a prescription label on it!!! YOU GET YOUR MONEY FIRST. Then finally I tried to delay it so they would stop taking payment and sending anyway, while i get someone to CANCEL. I get notified i cannot delay there are no more prescriptions available. Ok fine then i'm done? WRONG. just got email its been months since last delivery, now thanking me for joining and my prescription will be sent in 3 days smh. Thank goodness for different reason that card was canceled, because they advised amble tried to take the funds. I would never use them again nor would I recommend them!

I used to love this company! I would tell anybody and everybody about this company. I work for a health insurance company and when people couldn’t afford their co-pays, I told them about this company. I have been with this company for five months now and I have had nothing but issues receiving my last two shipments. Last month shipment only got shipped out to me because 2 1/2 weeks after they got their payment in full I still have not received my shipment and I had to reach out to them. They never responded instead they just simply sent me the shipment with no customer service involved at all. I am now about to be out of medication once again because of their negligence I have once again paid them in full and I messaged them 3 to 4 days ago and they have yet to respond. There is no phone number to reach these people at and this is absolutely unacceptable. I used to love this company and now I’m worried about how I’m gonna get my next shipment after just paying $179. Everybody knows this is a medication you’re supposed to take at the same day and at the same time they have now made it impossible for me to maintain a schedule because last month I went two weeks without my medication and it looks like I’m about to go two weeks again without my medication. I’m using it properly. they are failing to ship out my order and literally nobody contact you Unfortunately, unless somebody reaches out to me, I’m going to have to just figure out how to get this month shipment and then I’m gonna have to find another company to use which I don’t want to and I will no longer be recommending this company which is really unfortunate.

Used them for months. Worst customer service ever. You can never talk to anyone. They never respond to your messages. Ended up not getting anything for 3 months and then randomly got charged $500 for another 3 months of shots. This place is bad, there are so many other more honest companies to work with.

Go look at their BBB reviews. They are graded and F, and have a 1.6 star rating. Horrible, and terrible customer service, poor communication. Got charged when I shouldn’t have, when requested a refund they told me there was a $100 cancellation fee!
