Absolute Garbage service. Dumpster fire of a support service. They sporadically charged my card monthly and then didn't charge my card for a month and then charged again. THEN they charge me on a Friday, I reached out to have them refund my order and they didn't get back to me until the following Thursday when the order was ALREADY DELIVERED to say it's too late... No shit. The customer service apparently has no phone number and they only get back to you with some scripted nonsense as an email response. This company sucks and they need to get it together as far as the service goes. I'm not happy, use another service people

The first day I got a rash and ask to cancel my 3 month membership. I went as a walking pt with no appt to see my doctor and she suggested me to get off Ambles injections. Gather all my documentation and sent it to Amble. Even after the promise not to charge me they took out every month totaling 954.00. After I requested my bank for new cards. Amble will find somehow my new card number and charge me again. I submitted a claim and have proof but even with proof they would not stop sending me injections. Please stay far away from any company that is not transparent and have hidden fees. Also stay away from companies that promise you to cancel and refund if you have any allergy to their medications. My bank helped me by December, however, by February they pulled my 954.00 again and sent me a statement that Amble had all authority on those withdrawals. I was saddened that even with proof of my provider and a letter from them that I was not allowed to use this product after the first day due to a severe allergic reaction they did not accept my claim. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I joined and was charged $224 for some prescriptions I wanted and then charged another $159 the same day for a growth hormone I did not ask for. I was told I would have to pay a $100 fee to cancel it. And it’s still on auto refill that I can’t stop. Do not recommend

Run from this company. After only 1 month they’ve blocked my account even though their site states I have access to my Dr through this site. I got a generic response stating they really didn’t care. I’m liable for 3 months of medication even though I cannot take it due to side effects any threatened that they take it very seriously if I don’t make any further payments and report them to my credit card company. Well I take patient abandonment very seriously so let’s goooooo

I moved and prior to ordering, changed my address on my account. My order was sent to the old address which would require a 4 hour drive to get and I don't know if it is outside in the heat or where it is. I cannot get anyone to help me. They say they don't have control of shipping. I have not gotten any response from service or through chat. The doctor responded and said "Sorry we really do not have any access to shipping. Wishing you well on your health journey, Shireen, Clinical Administrator. They have taken my money and not provided the product. I am so frustrated and don't know where to turn.

ABSOLUTELY NOT-PREDATORY AND INTENTIONALLY NO WAY TO CONTACT/DELETE ACCOUNT

I am not a past employ. I'm a customer just like the thousands of other people who I believe this has happened too. I started Amble with great hopes of attaining this medication at a price I could come up with. The 1st few months went smooth with no problems. Then in February they charged my bank account twice. I've tried repeatedly to talk to someone to get my money refunded. You can not speak to a human. You converse with a bot through chat. Then the bot even quits responding. I also messaged my doctor with Amble about the issue and asked if he/she could help with this. I live on a very strict/limited income. Just coming up with a way to cover the $179 a month is hard and I have to sacrifice in other places as well as pull from my savings account regularly to be able to afford it. I would advise anyone to not sign up with this company. In my attempts to get someone to answer me, I've come across other people this has also happened too. It seems to be a regular thing with this company. I badly need this help for my weight, but if they don't refund my money, like asap, I've got to quit them. UPDATE: I finally got an answer through chat. I have found nowhere that this extra charge is stated. I just searched through the information on their site again, and it does not say you are double charged anywhere. It says "Does the price increase with a higher dose? We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden or confusing membership fees. Our pricing structure is all-inclusive and represented below: Semaglutide $179/month all doses" Here is the reply I received with an excuse for the double charge. Read above again, then read the reply. I highly advise to avoid this company. "Hi Melissa, I see you are enrolled in our introductory 3-month program. This means you will receive medication for the first 3 months of your treatment without needing to request any refills! This program bills monthly for (3) months to coincide with the initial medication provided. The additional charge would be the refill/check-in order in which you now have a higher dosage of medication ordered that was sent to the pharmacy. When requesting a follow-up visit it is treated as a separate or new order in which additional medication would be provided and is not associated with the current (3) month introductory program in which you are already enrolled. This is confirmed when you agree to the new prescription acknowledgment. ​ Please let us know if you have any other questions. We highly suggest following your current treatment plan and discussing increases with your doctor if you are ready! Thank you for choosing Amble!" My reply: "March 2 This is very deceitful. I just read over the information again, and nowhere does it say there is an extra charge. No Where! I am filing an official complaint with the BBB and have already started my ratings of your company and the deceit associated with joining you. I want my money back and now!"
